Mandhir Gill is a senior higher education quality assurance leader specialising in academic governance, regulatory compliance, and institutional enhancement. With an academic background in Computer Science and Engineering, he brings analytical rigour and strategic insight to strengthening academic standards and student outcomes across the UK higher education sector.

Currently serving as Head of Quality Assurance, Mandhir leads the development and delivery of robust quality frameworks, programme approvals, external examining, and regulatory compliance, supporting institutional credibility and continuous improvement. He has held senior quality roles across multiple institutions, contributing to successful accreditations, curriculum development, and sector recognition.

Mandhir is the Chair of the Board of Governors at London Professional College and a Trustee at the Council for Validating Universities, where he supports sector-wide governance and quality assurance strategy. A strong advocate for Equity, Diversity and Inclusion, and a certified Mental Health First Aider, he champions inclusive, student-centred education and wellbeing as central to academic excellence.
