  • Maximum loan set by Skills Funding Agency.

  • Minimum you can borrow: £300

  • If your course costs more than the maximum, you pay the difference.

  • You can apply for up to four loans and hold more than one at a time.

  • Repayments adjust automatically with your income.

  • Example: if you earn £30,000/year, you repay 9% of £5,000, which is £450/year or about £37/month.
