Entry Requirements

To apply for this course, one of the following academic qualifications is required:

  • 60 credit Ofqual qualification at Level 3

  • Applicants under the age of 21 will be considered with five GCSEs passed at grade 4 or above (must include maths and English)

European qualifications:

Applicants with European qualifications are welcome to apply. Please note that the qualification will be assessed by our Admissions Team in order to verify its UK equivalency.

All qualifications must have been achieved within no more than five years of the course commencement date.

Alternative route of entry:

Suitability for this programme is not exclusively limited to academic qualifications and may be demonstrated through relevant professional experience which showcases transferable skills and knowledge.

All applicants are required to demonstrate English proficiency above the B2 level of the Common European Framework (CEFR). A wide range of academic English qualifications and English tests are accepted as evidence of an applicant’s language ability, which include:

  • GCSE English Language grade 4/C or above

  • IELTS 5.5 overall, with no less than 5.5 in each component

  • Level 2 Functional Skills Qualification in English

  • Duolingo English Test: 95 level overall, with no less than 95 in each component

  • Internal English Assessment

Modules and study
All modules listed are compulsory unless they state Option.
Where there are optional modules students must choose from those listed.
The total number of credits taken for a year must add up to 120.
For each 20 credit module there is a total expected 200 hours contact + independent study.
For each 40 credit module there is a total expected 400 hours contact + independent study.

Additional Costs

All other core texts are available through WC, though students may wish to buy additional books if they have specific interest in subjects.
There is 1 mandatory trip to a court over the programme within Central London, so students should expect some minimal travel costs.
Any other visits or trips are voluntary - but may also incur normal travel costs within Central London should students choose to attend.
